In 2016 he transitioned to broking, building Lend & Loan Pty Ltd into a licensed brokerage. Over time he noticed a consistent pattern - business owners were chronically underserved. Banks moved too slowly, required too much documentation and said no too often. Non-bank lenders existed but most SMEs couldn't navigate them effectively.
